Samsung Builds Neuralink Gen-4 Chip on 4nm, TSMC Out
Samsung is making Neuralink's fourth-generation brain chip on its 4nm node. The chip, codenamed O1, supports two-way brain-device communication. Test shipments are due in H1 2027.
